Eduardo J. Diaz Ayala

Eduardo J. Diaz Ayala is a Venezuelan attorney with extensive international legal and business experience. He earned an LL.M. in Common Law Studies from Georgetown University in 1990 and later completed an LL.M. in International Law at Georgetown University in 2000, where he was recognized with the prestigious CALI Award for academic excellence.

Prior to relocating to the United States, Mr. Diaz Ayala spent more than fifteen years working in Venezuela’s oil and petrochemical industry, serving in the international department and holding various managerial positions. His work provided him with valuable experience navigating complex international matters.

As an immigrant who later became a proud United States citizen, Mr. Diaz Ayala brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to his work in immigration law. Since 2018, he has worked with Borjas Law Group and its predecessor and he has dedicated his practice to helping individuals and families navigate the U.S. immigration system.

At Borjas Law Group, Mr. Diaz Ayala focuses primarily on asylum law. In this role, he has assisted numerous individuals who have been forced to make the difficult decision to leave their home countries in search of safety and opportunity.
