Henry Martinez serves as the Director of Operations at Borjas Law Group. With more than 20 years of management experience, he has built a successful career across multiple industries, demonstrating strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to team development.

Throughout his career, Henry has received multiple awards and recognitions for his professional achievements. In the telecommunications industry, he led district-wide sales training initiatives and earned recognition for his outstanding performance and leadership. In the sportswear industry, he was nominated for Manager of the Year based on his operational excellence, record-setting revenue generation, and success in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing sales teams. He has also played a key role in coordinating large-scale event operations, including leading pre-marathon preparations for several major races in the Chicagoland area, including the 2022 Chicago Marathon.

Henry has known and worked alongside immigrants throughout his life and understands the uncertainty and challenges many immigrant families face.
